SqlException: "Timeout expired" - when Changing DocumentType Title is required
Hello all,
not really a UI question... but wasn't sure where to post this. Hopefully somebody has some pearls of wisdom for me...
I'm having the issue described in this codeplex bug http://umbraco.codeplex.com/WorkItem/View.aspx?WorkItemId=23075 (in short, when you have lots of nodes and lots of versions based on a master documentType, and you add a property to the documentType, you get a nice SQLException: Timeout expired. See the bug for more details).
Is there anyone that has some advice on how to work around this? maybe creating some Indexes or other strategy?
