First I would check if there is a js error which might tell you some more about the problem. Also check that all of the tinymce3 (umbraco_client/tinymce3) files were overwritten during the upgrade. I saw a similar issue with the paste from word when some js files were not updated. Do a diff on the directories to see if they match up.
Insert Image/Hyperlink isn't working
Using the WSIWYG editor when trying to insert an image or hyperlink nothing happens!
I've just updated to umbraco v 4.0.3 (Assembly version: 1.0.3625.27276).
Any help would be much appreciated.
