    V2.1.0 Missing controllers in manifest

    Hi, Mario

    Have just downloaded your package with backoffice and...something missing =)

    There is no ~/App_Plugins/Iconic/Js/iconic.prevalues.editor.controller.js included into the package, but it is in the manifest.

    P.S. No problem with nuget install
