Great, I need something like this.

    Hi,

thanks for sharing this package, it's something I need in near future :-)

    Only 2 suggestions:

    * Allow specify import folder (you can use convention over configuration) and try locate import folder for example.

    * Allow import all files in folder.

    Petr

    BTW: Can you share sources?

Great that it is of use to someone else :)

The import folder can be any folder you like in the media directory, that's why I added the folder browser.

Good point about importing all files in folder, I will try and look at that one.

I will try and get the source onto Codeplex today if you would like to use it or contribute, would interesting to see if there improvements that others can see and I haven't.

Yes I know you can specify import folder, but if I have site with more then 500 mediaitems in it. It will be boring to find import folder every time. Will be great if package try locate import folder.

I would find this really helpful as well. Something that will let us upload a bunch of images to a folder on the server (via ftp) and then have it import them into the media section.
