Improved Mediapicker

Improved media picker, that allows upload directly from the dialog (so no need to switch back to the media section) and also shows a preview of the selected image.

Install package and create new datatype, choose improved media picker as a render control. And set the options (show preview, advanced dialog).

Starting from version 4.5 the default media picker also has the 'improved options'
