Hi Shannon, is this still an issue? I noticed that you resolved the problem in another topic?
The Incarnate package doesn't do anything with the media section - so not sure why it would have caused any issues.

Sorry about that. I was premature in my assement in pointing blame. Incarnate works perfectly in 4.6.
