How do I change H1 color?

I look at the HTML and see this CSS coming out from "default.aspx":

.ExternalClass h1, .ExternalClass h2, .ExternalClass h3, .ExternalClass h4, .ExternalClass h5, .ExternalClass h6 { color: #548dd4; line-height: 100%; }

But where do I change the color from #548dd4 to #dd0000?

I found the CSS-settings for this under Settings and Skin-tab
