I can not install Newsletter Studio package completely.

    Hi.

I installed Newsletter studio package, but I see newsletter section in backoffice unusual. There are some errors in console of browser. Please see this image:

    enter image description here

I think second error is my problem. There is not that path in my solution. I checked other projects, but there is not backoffice folder in umbraco folder.

Should the backoffice folder is in the umbraco folder?

    With thanks.

    Hi!

What version of Umbraco and what version of Newsletter Studio are you running?

Did you have any issues during the install? Any errors?

If you look in the app_data/logs/-folder, can you see any errors in the log? Or in the log-table in the database (depending on version).

Do you see the newsletterStudio.config-file in /config/newsletterStudio.config? Does this file have any content?

Do you have the newsletter Studio-tables in the database? Look a table called ns_Newsletter?

This kind of issues if 9 out of 10 times related to permissions, either write permissions to the database or to the file system - are you sure that your set up is correct?

Regarding the fact that you can't find the files in your solution - that's correct as this is webapi-controller that gets routed using the Umbraco routing.

    Hi

I use Umbraco 7.3.1 and Newsletter Studio 2.1.4.

I installed Newsletter Studio 2.1.4 via develpoer section and install local package.

I see newsletterStudio.config-file that have some ci=ontent and newsletter Studio-tables in database.

    Hi!

Could you try to install the package in a clean environment and compare the config-file?

Same thing with the root web.config (/web.conifg) do you have the newsletterStudio-section in the beginning of that file?
