hi, I am getting this error when testing a smtp server in newsletter studio,
Does anyone know how to avoid it?

Is this your outgoing server? Where do you see this error? In the UI or in the trace log?
If you try to send over SSL - do you have the correct ports configured?
What email server (smtp) are you trying to connect to?
