    nuPickers port to v8

    Hi everyone,

we really like the package and we´ve been using it on a lot of projects. We are just starting our first v8 project and of course there is a part in it that screams for nuPickers ;)

Is there a plan to port the package or already a beta available that supports v8?

    Best, Gerhard

    Hi Gerhard,

Thanks, nice to know it's useful :) I'm working on another Umbraco package at the moment trying to get that into a v1.0.0 release - so once that's done I'll move onto NuPickers for v8.

If you have any thoughts about things that should be considered in the v8 rebuild, there are GitHub issues here: https://github.com/uComponents/Pikachu/issues

    Thanks again, Hendy

Any ETA on when work will start on converting to support Umbraco v8? This package has become a staple in most of my projects. Much appreciated. Great tool!

Can you give the community and quick update on when you think an update might become available? Thank you much!

Hey, someone made a v8 version here. You just have to clone the repo and create a package yourself.

Has it been fully tested to work with the latest v8 release?

How do I make a package out of this project... what do I need to do?

Complie it put the DLL in the bin of my Umbraco site? what about the other files I need....

Could someone outline how this is done?

Well I have been using a few of the datatypes, but haven't used and tested everything yet. You should ask @bielu on this github pr.
