This has been brought to my attention earlier today. Nothing has changed recently in my code, so I can only assume something has changed in Open Calais. I look at this as soon as I can.

I've done a few tests and everything seems to be working. I will say that you won't always get any results back, this is a limitation of Open Calais. They've released a new version with some additional features which may generate a more tags/keywords. I will be looking at these in the near future.
In the mean time, download this file and put the contents into the bodyText field of a new page to test everything is working. This text generates several tags so should prove everything is happening as it should.
I did see your code and I appreciate you sending it to me, will save me a lot of effort. I will put it into my next release
Sorry for the late reply. According to their site, they support English, French and Spanish. On a few of the forums they say that German should be supported by now. Unfortunately it doesn't look to support Dutch currently

I do'nt get any tags suggested. I do have an bodyText on my documenttype's.
Any ideas on how to solve this?
