Can you please share the demo project used in the video? I am unable to setup properly in my azure site also tried in local but seems i am missing something.

Did you install the example starter kit? This should get you to the same state as the video.

Yes, i tried the same way...seems its getting there now. What is the use of Upper and Lower break points?
The Upper and Lower breakpoints are used by the CSS generator to work out points at which each part charges or is displayed
