Slack Health Check Notification

This package adds a Health Check Slack Notification Method to Umbraco v7.7+ so that the status of Health Checks can be posted to a specific Slack Channel.

You will need to create a Slack Incoming Webhook and copy the Webhook URL to the config file (if using Nuget package) or into the installer (if using Umbraco package)

v2 is for Umbraco v8 & v1 is for Umbraco v7. Please ensure you install the correct version.
