The current version is for 1 to 1 site setups (not vorto - that will be soon).
For translate plus to work for you - you will need an Umbraco install with multiple sites - each with their own language.
Hopefully if you do multilingual sites in Umbraco this makes sense. buy Please test and any feedback is welcome.
