The API usage is showing traffic. 

Umbraco doesn't show an error, however, I'm still getting the error in the console and can't see any comments in the dashboard.

You can try to redownload the package and try to install it again, I have add some update to the package.

Hi,

I've updated the fix and the console doesn't show any errors, but my screen is still shows nothing.

If I go to Disqus API details is shows:

And this number goes up every time I click around.

Any ideas what could this relate to?

Hi Konijus,

Have you tried to open it in other browser or try to clean your browser cache?

Or maybe you can try to create new application in disqus to use with this package.

tried to install uCommentator and run into the same error, is there any fix for that or do I need to set anything in the disqus options of my application?

I won't get a error in the log file but when I open the backoffice extension "comments" and click on any menu item I get the following displayed:

My first intention was to check the code you updated on github, but it's already fixed/changed in my version of uCommentator.

Disqus works so far, when I log into the Disqus office I can approve comments and close discussion etc. only the umbraco backoffice extension doesn't work properly.

Ok did that,

first I got the following message:

Than remebered that I saw a "ID" for categories somewhere in the disqus interface and changed the setting for "Category" from "Business" to my ID and still get the error. When I call that error url the following text appears:

This seems to be all data from the comments that where posted, but they won't get displayed in the backoffice

I edited the web.config after changing the category value of the uCommentator settings, and yes: I cleared the cache of my browser.

All settings should be right, and I still get the same error in my console that I posted yesterday. If i copy the URL from the console it seems to display me all comments ever done to my disqus page but they won't show in umbracos backend

Ah, well that was my fault.

Under disqus application settings I didn't add a Domain ( Domains linked to your public key (for referral checks). )

After 2 long hours ... i found that the category has to be a number ... i found in chrome console that the category generated by the plugin was "1466540997755" ... i really dont know why ... but it works ...just put in uCommentatorSettings "Category -----> 1466540997755" or some id that your plugin call generates
