Umbraco Forms Rich Text
Adds a Rich Text editor display Field to Umbraco Forms.
The RTE can be configured by the created data type Form RTE.
Built against Umbraco forms 6.0.5
Tested against 7.13.0 and 7.0.5

- Fixes rte not showing unless you had developer permissions
- Added a simipler configuration to the rte by default.
