Are you looking for what's going to be in the next release of uSiteBuilder or the admin tool?
For uSiteBuilder there's only a Trello board: https://trello.com/board/usitebuilder-developement/5003f2079e5caa8f323f7c1d but nothing really official about what will be in the next release.

i noticed uSiteBuilder 2.1 is out as a beta, so i figured what would be included in it would be fairly locked down by now?
