After trying to implement uTagsy on an Umbraco 7.3 site I have found that it is no longer compatible and does not work. The package installs okay but when you add a tag using the uTagsy property editor, no content node is created.
It's because of the new routing to the backoffice API.
I've fixed and submitted a pull request which will hopefully be merged and released as a new version but you can use my version for the time being if not.
