Dialog Expander looks strange on 7.3

Hello,

When I try to use this package on 7.3 the dialog is always expended and when I try to make it smaller I get scrollbars for example on the media picker.

Ah, I haven't tried it in 7.3 yet. I'll install it and give it a whirl.

Have it working again in 7.5.4 by:

Changing
```
bodyEl.on('DOMNodeInserted', 'div.umb-modal', function () {
```
To
```
bodyEl.on('DOMNodeInserted', 'div.umb-overlay-right', function () {
```
And adding this to the bottom of the click event:
```
e.stopPropagation();
e.preventDefault();
```
