    Upgrade from 2.0.24 to 2.0.26

    I have a running site with umbraco 4.0.X and like to upgrade to 4.5.1. I haven't found a hint on how to upgrade the blog4umbraco module from 2.0.24 to 2.0.26. Is there a kind of a tutorial around or can anybody send me the "do not forget to....." steps that I have to do?
