Tax is not added to order total

    Hi there,

This is the first time I am using Merchello (loving it so far) so this may be a silly question but I am completely out of ideas as to why I am having this issue.

When I complete the checkout process the tax line item is always $0.00, despite having configured the fixed rate tax provider to charge 10% on my products, and each product and the storewide tax setting set to true.

I've read on the merchello documentation that tax is added automatically during the AuthoriseCapturePayment() process, so I am at a loss as to why it is not being added.

Is there some obvious step that I am missing?

I am using Umbraco 2.7.4 and Merchello 1.8.0

    Thanks,

    Stephen

Hi Stephan - Your settings look fine. What are you using for your front end. Is it the Bazaar starter or a custom checkout?

What is the value of model.Country? It needs to be the two character ISO-Country code ...

Yes, that would be the obvious step that I was missing.

    Thanks for your help!
