    Manually Add shipment to manually created Invoice

    I am doing a migration to merchello and trying to create invoices, I can see where to add Billing address but am unable to set the Shipping Address.

    I have created shipping quotes in the backend but when I try to get shipping quotes, the quotes variable is null even though I have multiple ranges that apply to the country of my shipment. Any idea on how I could fix this?
