To be honest i wasn't aware that it didn't.
What errors are you seeing?

Sorry for the slow reply. I've not installed and tested it as of yet, as the projects page had it listed as only 50% working with 7.3. I was basing my assumption from that (incorrectly perhaps!).
I'll install it and see what happens :-)
Just to confirm this package does work on Umbraco 7.3
