    Several issues

I cannot get this package to work properly.

    Umbraco 4.5.0 and 4.5.1
    Windows 2008/IIS 7 .net 4.0 integrated mode

On an upgraded 4.5 environment I received an error during the install (dictonary key not found). This was easy to fix, just alter the Datatype added by the install to the right component. However I am curious why this error occurs (and of course how to prevent it).
On a clean 4.5 environment the install succeeds however I cannot add new mappings. I receive an error that "init301URLTracker" is not found in /umbracro/config/create/ui.xml. Also easily fixed, just alter the xml file and add the nodetypes from the package.xml.
Again on a clean 4.5 environment. When I add the datatype to a documenttype I can succesfully add custom mappings to a page. But they do not appear in the settings section. Also they did not work, again caused by an impropperly configured xml file (404handlers.config), the entry for 301urltracker was missing.

Deinstallation and reinstallation does not solve the above problems

The real problem is the following on clean and upgraded 4.5 environments. If I go to the settings section and I want to add a new mapping, I can select a node, the "create" button makes a postback but does not close the window or create a mapping, also the cancel link does not work, clicking outside the popup does close the window. This is true for IE(8) and Firefox(3.6), IE also give a javascript error: "Can't move focus to the control because it is invisible, not enabled, or of a type that does not accept the focus"

Do you have any ideas why these problems occur? Do you have a solution for "the real" problem?

Hmm this is really odd behavior. Especially because there have been lot's of downloads already and this is the first time somebody experiences these problems.

So I'm afraid it has got something to do with your specific setup/installation, which sucks, because if that's the case I can't help you.

As far as 'the real' problem; this is indeed a valid bug report and only applicable to version 4.5 and higher. Will try to fix this soon, thanks for reporting.

Thank you for your quick reply!! :)

I already thought the first three issue are caused by my installation. I hope you can fix the "real problem" soon. I have a customer who is desperatly waiting for this functionality.

Okay, I will really try to fix this asap, but I also have to be busy with my graduation thesis, so can't promise anything...

Please do not mistake my hope for a fix as a demand. If you cannot fix the problem, (due to time constraints or other reasons) then tough luck for me.

So don't change your schedule on my account. I will wait like a patient little kid.

Sorry for the late reply. It has been realy busy. The package now works flawless in a few simple test (more than enough for my needs) Thank you for this great package.
