There is a problem creating the infocaster301 table on mySQL.
If you manually create the database, you have to make sure to name the table INFOCASTER301, in caps, otherwise you get an error in Umbraco.

As you can read (and I think you did ;-) ) in the release notes, MySQL isn't officialy supported. So thanks a lot for bringing this to the attention of other MySQL users :-)
