    Unable to uninstall v.1.2

    I am trying to uninstall version 1.2 so I can upgrade to version 1.3. As soon as you click "Confirm uninstall" the screen refreshes and nothing happens. On my dev I had to manually delete the files and manually delete the package entry in installedPackages.config.

    Am I going to have to do this on my staging and production sites? Or is there a patch or utility I can use?
