Where do I set '301:ignoreDomain' to 'true' in 301 URL Tracker

    Hi,

Dufus question, but I just upgraded to version 1.5.2 of 301 URL Tracker hoping that it would help us getting our 301s to work in a distributed solution. Umbraco version 4.8.0

But I don't know where to add the application setting? I tried in the web.config, but it's not working.

Is it at all possible to use the 301 URL Tracker in a distributed solution?

We have one umbraco installation that then distributes content changes to 3 other web only installation via distributedCall.

    Regards,

    Mark.

I don't know if it works in a distributed solution.

The setting should go into the web.config (<appSettings />).

    Ok, thanks!

It does work in a distributed solution.

I had only changed the web.config on the umbraco installation. I just needed to add the appSetting to the web.config on all servers! :-P

    Have a great day.

    Oh, well. Spoke too soon...

Seems like it doesn't work after all. I was confused by our dns names :-(

What do umbraco-dudes do for 301s in a distributed solution???

    Regards.

Ok, here's the catch, that fixed it...

Update the 404Handlers.config on all servers too, then it works...

Don't forget to refresh the IIS or touch the web.config

    Mark.
