It makes some problems to our client because they can't easy understand what kind of redirect was created by system and what by client. So they whould like to see clear picture of created redirects.
How to disable 'URL changes'
Is it possible to disable the following: Keeps track of URL changes (node gets renamed, moved or the umbracoUrlName property changes)?

Could you tell me the reason why you'd want to disable this?
Version 2.1.0 implements a new appSetting: urlTracker:trackingDisabled.
