Umbraco 7.1.6, 7.1.8 and 7.1.9, 7.2.0rc - Bases loaded with SQL Server 2012 database.(i.e. separate instances and separate environments)

Setup Umbraco on Windows 8.1 (IE 11) with VS 2013 Community Addition - IIS Express

Umbraco Configured and attempting to install Url Tracker Package  (Install Local Package).

Install 'hangs' (blue circle of death) on 'Please wait while the Url Tracker executes the final installation tasks'.

I note that the database table, constraints and index is built in the databases.

As 3.2 download contains a known issue with url paths, I have downloaded the current source from Github and compiled successfully and added to the package and repeated - again same issue.

From the source, I suspect that the dashboard settings are not configured, so have completed these manually. The Url Tracker page appears (when not debugging in VS) but does not allow any javascript actions to take place. When debugging in VS, there appears to be jQuery errors. 

Is there an issue with jQuery version in Umbraco and jQuery in Url Tracker?

Any Suggestions on how to proceed.

->> Follow up - Is it not an IE-11 issue. When I fiddle with the IE version in the IE developer tools panel, the URL Tracker panel seems to then work - not a work around though.

This is an IE-11 issue - Works with Chrome on Windows.
