I did an upgrade from 2.x to latest 3.9
To have a fresh start, went to 404 not found (button) and cleared the lists in the hope to re-capture new ones and do fresh redirecting.
However after hitting many 404 pages for few days, the 404 not found button is not displayed anymore.
I have checked the web.config to see if the urlTracker appsetting was added to disable 404 but there is no urlTracker under appsetting.
Is there a particular thing I need to do, to get the 404 view again?
thanks
