Try deleting one of the files related to 301 URL Tracker (e.g., ~/bin/InfoCaster.Umbraco.UrlTracker.dll), then look at your commit history for that file (assuming you are using something like Git for source control). You should see the last time that file was modified, such as when installing 301 URL Tracker. That should give you enough info to know which files to delete/modify.
301 URL Tracker also adds a database table that you could delete (icUrlTracker), but leaving it there shouldn't hurt anything.
Thanks for your point. I've deleted the mentioned dll, however it was also necessary to manualy remove the corresponding entry from ~/App_Data/packages/installed/installedPackages.config
Url tracker is now successfully uninstalled
(I've left the database table there)
Can't uninstall - System.NullReferenceExeption
