I just set up an Umbraco 7.0.3 install with no starter kits. The very first thing I did was install the Config Tree package from the Umbraco Package Repository (not a local package install).
I see "Config Files" in the Developer Section tree and I can expand it and see a list of the config files. But clicking on them has no effect. I have refreshed the window and I have also edited the web.config and reloaded the app.
In Google Chrome console I see this error whenever I click on a config file in the tree:
Error evaluating js callback from legacy tree node: ReferenceError: openConfigEditor is not defined
UPDATE: I bounced the app pool in IIS and reloaded the app. Now I can load and edit config files properly.
not working in 7.0.3
i have a new install of 7.0.3
package seemed to install fine, but when i click on tree, nothing. no config file opens. no action at all.
web.config is the only one with any action on right click, gives option to delete.
any idea?
sorry. working now.
refreshing the browser not enough, had to touch the web.config after install - seems ok now.
Hi Fergus, just checking, did you try refreshing browser after install? Thinking that the JavaScript hadn't loaded in.
@Lee - the browser refresh alone did not work, needed to touch the web.config

@Chester - happy that it is resolved. I think this is related to the heavy browser caching, as Per discusses on his blog post: http://scriptogr.am/pploug/post/cache-challenges-in-angularjs-and-yepnope.js
Hopefully this issue will be remedied in Umbraco 7.1.
Cheers,
- Lee
