    Hi Peter

How did you install the package? Using Nuget or the package manager inside Umbraco?

When you launch the backoffice do you then see any error messages in the /App_Data/Logs file?

I'm wondering if we could be so lucky that the trees appear again if you simply recycle the app pool if you have not tried so already?

    Hi Jan,

I installed it thru the backend.

I dont have FTP access or any other access.

I see this in the backend.

    Hi Peter

And you don't have any chance of getting any kind of access other than the backoffice access? Is this a cloud site ?...And can you see if the browser console log perhaps provides some more useful information?

Oh, and have you tried another browser to make sure it's not something cookie/cache related somehow?

    Hi Peter

Ok - I'm not entirely certain that this will work. And it's always a bit tough when one is not looking directly at the issue you're experiencing so bear wih me if I'm totally of track with my suggestions - But here goes

Try bumping the clientdependency version by 1 in the /config/ClientDependency.config file and recycle the app pool. Does that help any? It should clear the backoffice cache, which I suspect is the issue here

I'm not sure if it will be necessary to go to the /App_Data/Temp folder and delete the cache files in her manually first. But it might be worth a shot if the above does not work in isolation. Then I would delete the files, and then bump the client dependency again and recycle the app pool (Can be done by touching the web.config if you don't have IIS access).

I cross my fingers that this helps!

    Fantastic. The first solution worked:

Try bumping the clientdependency version by 1 in the /config/ClientDependency.config file and recycle the app pool. Does that help any? It should clear the backoffice cache, which I suspect is the issue here

    Hi Peter

I am very happy that I was able to help you out on this one :) - I'm just a bit puzzled that it happend since I would assume that after the package was installed the app pool would be recycled etc. - But my memory is probably wrong. Just think that this was actually changed at some point to avoud issues like these...But it can of course also be a later release (IF I remember things correctly) :-)

    /Jan
