I was optimising some CSS-code, and wanted to disable Optimus Lite. I uninstalled the package, and after that the entire Umbraco installation went down, including the backoffice admin-area. I thought the package was just an addon.
Any ideas on how I can restore access - all I have is FTP. Perhaps restore the DLL's or?
Thank you - indeed a leftover in the web.config. There seems to be some problems with floats in css through Request Reduce. Now it is uninstalled floats work fine, but when installed it ignored one float:left on a div-element...

Check the web.config might be that it failed to remove the http module... just do it manually and update your web.config
