Request error: The URL returned a 404: BlogImporter.html

I uninstalled Articulate after evaluating it and now every time I visit the developer section I am getting this 404 error.

Request error: The URL returned a 404 (not found):
/App_Plugins/Articulate/BackOffice/Dashboards/BlogImporter.html

Can someone advise how to resolve this.

Look in the config/dashboards.config and remove that referece
