Time for a new and shiny version of the localgov starter kit, so loved by all the people who like to install starterkits a lot:

Version 6 has been built to take advantage of the shiny stuff in umbraco 7.4 and now includes:

• compositions and nested doctypes
• folders in doctypes and datatypes
• the grid for the win
• updates to maps, and opening times and textbox stuff
• nicer atoz caching code (it's almost identical, but not)
• different colours

removed an internal dependency on usync for the content imports (this is the best bit, but you will never really notice it)
