If you use the Umbraco back end search to find a post, it doesn't work at all. It would also be useful to have a dashboard that let you search posts based on tags, categories and/or keywords. That's the biggest complaint I get from my clients: it's too hard to find some content or another. If you think about it, it makes sense: if you're looking for a post, you may not remember exactly when you created it, so date folders aren't that useful really.

The cms search has not always been that great. I think that is an Umbraco request. It would be great if the search would just work.
