json error in IE 8 and below

Editing a blog page throws a "JSON is undefined" error in IE 8 and below which causes saving the blog post to fail.

Is there any quick fix to this.

Sorry it's not IE 8 it's only IE 7.

Ignore me. Just googled and found JSON is unavailable in IE 7.
