Languages in dictionary items in Umbraco require that you create seperate trees per region/country. These are essentially separate sites. When you right-click a node and click "manage hostnames" you can define languages per site.
The settings section in Umbraco back office has a dictionary tree and a language tree. Add your language to the language tree. An extra box will then appear in the dictionary items

How can I add another language to uBlogsy? I would like to use the dictionary items that are built in and not adding my language on the page itself.
