Basically this package uses Bootstrap v1.4 which did not have the fluid layout, and if you want to update it, you need to go to http://twitter.github.com/bootstrap/upgrading.html and follow the instructions.
If you are planning to carry on using .less, you will also need to upgrade the dotless.Core dll. You can find more info in http://www.dotlesscss.org/
Responsive Bootstrap

I did have one question though. Do you have a version that utilses the responsive part of bootstrap?
