Yes, I have already started working in a new package where Twitter Boosttrap 2.0.4 is going to be used and will support both .css and .less files. It would also include Font-Awesome plugin.
Unfortunately the new package won't have backward compatibility with uBootstrap version 1.0.4, as the html markup for the new Twitter Bootstrap has changed.
I have also decided to drop Modernizr and just use the Html5shim, and drop ClientDependency to compress the assets (js, css, less) and use Combres instead. The reason behind is that the lastest CD version 1.5.1 deployed in Umbraco 4.8 does not play nicely with the CdLoader.cshtml or the .less files.
You have have a look at the latest uBootstrap changes in Codeplex. I'll be also moving the source code to github or bitbucket
Version 1.0.4 not working with Umbraco 4.8
Hi everyone,
There have been certain changes in Umbraco 4.8 such as the ClientDependency library which makes the current package 1.0.4 incompatible with it.
I'm working on that and hope to fix it within the next 2 weeks
Cheers,
J
Hello,
I just would like to say a big thank you !
I was on my way to try your very nice Starter Kit but i'll wait for the new version with Umbraco 4.8 :)
Will you put Bootstrap 2 in it with fluid layout ? or should we do what you explain here : http://our.umbraco.org/projects/starter-kits/ubootstrap/help-using-ubootstrap/32670-Fluid-layout ?

Hi Fabrice,
There's a new version 1.1.0 with the responsive ui. You should be able to download it from the uBootstrap project page.
Thanks,
J
