shutterSpeed is 100x too fast in PhotoMetaData

A photo that used a shutter speed of 1/250th a second will appear as 1/25000 in the meta data. As far as I can tell all other entries are fine. Hopefully just a simple math problem/fix.

Love this package, by the way!!

    cheers,
    doug.

Thanks Doug, will correct this soon, must have something to do with different decimal characters (UK/US vs Europe).

Doug, do you happen to have a picture laying around which will produce this error? Would love to get it in the mail so I can more easily debug and fix this issue. Thanks!
