    Local test of the package

     

    Hi,

    I'm using an unlicensed package on a local installation to test if the package supports our needs. Didn't I read somewhere (can't find it now) that I could install the package on a local installation for testing?

    I get the "XSL PDF for Umbraco is in trial mode you need to purchase a license..." text in the generated pdfs.

    Since I'm running more than one local installations on my laptop, I have setup my hosts file to point towards 127.0.0.1.

    Bonus info: I'm a long time Umbraco front-end developer, but a n00b at setting up the SQL and IIS

    Hi Dan - what hostname are you using?  it will need to be localhost or xxx.local
