    Error saving Poll in template

    I know this is going to be something simply but not sure how to progress this now....

    Running Umbraco v4.0.3 and getting the following error after saving the macro to the master template.

    This is the line im adding

    Your poll (node with id 1354) is that published ? And does it have published answers ?

    th  macro has been added to the master page of the site and has the asp wraper applied to that page.

    Hi Tim.

    I tested your poll and met the same error with Kelvin, Poll question and answer was published. I think there are some bug in your code.

    and in Macro parameter, Poll Id should use "content tree" is better than "number"

    Looking for similar solution my self - but i might be wrong here but dont you have </umbraco:Macro> twice ? dunno if that even produces a error

    Ok i solved my problem by pointing to the correct node

    Polls
        Poll <----- THIS IS THE ONE!
           Selection 1
           Selection 2
