    SEO Checker issues on 7.6.4

    Greetings,

Hit a snag getting SEO Checker up and running on 7.6.4

First I installed via the Umbraco Backoffice Package Manager. The Section did not show up on the left, so I manually added the entries into both dashboard.config and applications.config

This shows as [seo_checker]. When clicking this, I see the default get started, but no tree on the left.

Am I missing something or is there still issues on 7.6?

    Thanks! -Marc

Guess I spoke too soon - Forgot about trees.config

Seems to be working now, but am seeing [seochecker] and [sections_seochecker] wherever the package name appears.

We've experienced this a lot with this package, and it seems harmless enough so.. meh :) Disregard!

    Weird,

But you can add <key alias="seochecker">SEO Checker</key> to the section area of the language file /umbraco/config/lang/en.xml

When installing make sure Umbraco can update these files to avoid this issues.

    Hope this helps

    Best,

    Richard

Ah brilliant thanks Richard, and appreciate the quick reply..

Didn't even think to check the localization strings. That did the trick and added a handful more to the <area alias="actions">

        <key alias="SEOCheckerSchedule">Add scheduled validation</key>
        <key alias="SEOCheckerEditRobots">Edit robots.txt file</key>
        <key alias="SEOCheckerImportRedirects">Import redirects</key>
        <key alias="SEOCheckerExportRedirects">Export redirects</key>

    Cheers!
