    Paypal USER & PWD

I've been testing with the PayPal sandbox and all is working as expected.

I did notice however that when I viewed the 'Transaction' tab for an order it displayed the following in the 'Error' section:

PayPal - Error making API request - Error code: 10002 - see https://cms.paypal.com/us/cgi-bin/?cmd=_render-content&content_ID=developer/e_howto_api_nvp_errorcodes for a description of these

According to PayPal this error means:

    10002, Authentication/Authorization Failed, Username/Password is incorrect

I didn't think I needed to set the username and password in the payment method config section and apart from the error it all seems to be working fine so I wasn't very concerned.

However today I thought I'd take a look before we plan to start using a real PayPal account.
I found that even after entering the email and password for the sandbox seller account it still reported the same error.

Do you have any guidance for me as to what I should be doing here?

    Regards,

    Matt

    Hi Matt

Could you try and send a scrrenshot of your payment provider settings to info([at])teacommerce.dk?

Good idea, I'll do that now.

    Thanks.

Anders pointed out that I was using the business account username & password and not the API username & password.

Once I entered the correct details it worked fine.

    Thanks Anders,

    Matt
