    Error on Cancelling an Order

On clicking the 'Canel' button for an order I got the following error in Tea Commerce:

Tea Commerce - SagePay - Error making API request: The TxAuthNo you supplied does not look valid. TxAuthNo should contain the VPSAuthCode for the original transaction and should be a long integer number.

What would cause this? Have a missed a setting in the payment provider?

    Hi Matthew

Sounds weird as that property dont need to be specified for a cancel request in reference to their API documentation - page 27 http://www.sagepay.com/sites/default/files/pdf/user_guides/sagepaysharedprotocols_0.pdf

Could you try and talk to SagePay about it?

    Kind regards
    Anders

    Hi Anders,

Looking at the documentation I would agree that I wouldn't expect that parameter to be sent to Sage, is this just a quirk because I am still using Simulator mode?

    Thanks,
    Matt

    Kind regards

    Okay, thanks Anders,

I'll get round to that a bit later and will post back here details of their response.
