The Tea Commerce Stert Kit is a standalone website with umbraco and various packages preinstalled. So you can't install it in an existing Umbraco site. You will have to create a completely new website using the starter kit and then you can upgrade umbraco to the latest version after you have the site running.
Tea Commerce Starter Kit and Umbraco 4.9
I can't manage to install the Tea Commerce Starter Kit on my umbraco 4.9 innstallation.
Does anyone have a solution for this?

In the future we hope that Umbraco will support package dependencies so we can make the starter kit a real Umbraco package.
