Yep. You have overwritten the UI files in the Umbraco folder. That's where the Tea Commerce 1 translations are placed. You will need to merge those files.
Yeah - you should always backup /umbraco/config files. The Tea Commerce dictionary items in 1.x is in the umbraco lang files. So you need to find a back up of your file or reinstall the current version of Tea Commerce to get them again.
Updated umbraco to 4.11.8 and now TC looks wierd.
Hey there i updated a solution locally and its running tc 1.4.4.4 but now it seems like its missing dictionary items or something.
