Still having trouble getting paypal to settle the payment for the orders.
The payments all occur in the sandbox accounts. After payment is made the order remains payment "Initialised" but a second order appears in the cart with no products and only shipping for the default amount for the default shipping for the default country, every single time I make a payment on an order I get this second order in the cart with this shipping amount.
